Restaurant diVino brings together the very best of what the Dulcis Gourmet group has to offer. Our dishes pay homage to the traditional cuisine of Goriška Brda, where our roots lie, while also embracing modern culinary trends. We take great pride in offering dry-cured meats and aged meats, as well as wines and spirits from our own production, marketed under the Dulcis Gourmet brand. The rest of our ingredients are sourced from trusted partners who meet our high standards of quality.

The kitchen at Restaurant diVino is led by a renowned culinary master whose reputation speaks for itself. A former member of the Slovenian national culinary team, he has received numerous domestic and international awards. His extensive career has taken him to top kitchens in major cities such as Milan, Nice, Paris, Chicago, and Basel. At home, he is widely recognized as a knowledgeable and charismatic chef, appearing on national television cooking shows and leading culinary workshops across Slovenia.

Since early 2018, he has been responsible for the concept and quality of food in the restaurants and patisseries within the Dulcis Gourmet group. His exceptional dishes reflect not only his culinary expertise but also his passion for pairing food with wine, blending the flavors of Karst tradition with modern gastronomy.

In addition to our signature dishes, we prepare a weekly menu that showcases seasonal ingredients and creative inspirations. For special occasions and private events, either in our restaurant or at external venues, we offer:
